Introducing the “Diaspora-Friendly Employer” Initiative
On October 8, the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, together with partners, will present the Diaspora-Friendly Employer initiative, aimed at attracting Lithuanian talent living abroad and enhancing international recruitment practices in Lithuania.
This initiative aims to encourage Lithuanian talent living abroad to consider career opportunities in Lithuania and improve the country’s international recruitment culture. The event will include a discussion titled “Diaspora-Friendly Employers—A Necessity in the War for Talent,” with experts from government institutions and businesses participating.
